In addition to patient care, the Dermatology Department at UMC Utrecht also conducts scientific research. This research uses data collected during consultations. This data collection is often done using paper forms, which is considered time-consuming and inefficient. Therefore, in a pilot project with stakeholders, I developed a process and created an application that allows patients to complete questionnaires on a tablet. This makes the data available before the consultation, allows the discussion to proceed directly to the content, and makes the data immediately available for statistical analysis afterward.

This is a serverless solution on the AWS platform, with the option to connect to the UMCU data platform at a later stage.
